Is smoking allowed in the Hotel?
The villa is completely non-smoking. There is an ashtray on the barbecue terrace, so please smoke there. Please be careful not to introduce odors into the accommodation building.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Please refrain from bringing pets.
Will meals be provided?
This Hotel is for overnight stay only. Please feel free to bring your own food.
Where is the parking space?
There is a parking lot available for guests free of charge on the premises. There is a parking lot at the end of a narrow road, so if you are coming in a large vehicle, please be careful and have passengers guide each other.
What kind of clothes should I wear when using the sauna?
The sauna at our hotel is an outdoor sauna, and we ask that you wear a swimsuit. Swimsuits, ponchos, and sauna hats are available for free rental, but quantities are limited, so please bring your own swimwear.
Do I need protection against the cold?
Kamitomobuchi is a cold region located at a high altitude. If you have made a reservation from November to March, please come dressed warmly. If you are coming by car, we recommend that you use studded tires.
Can I have a bonfire?
Bonfires are prohibited at this Hotel. There is a fireplace inside the log house.
Until what time can I use the outdoor facilities?
You can use it for unlimited time. On sunny days, enjoy the starry sky and relax in the sauna or barbecue. However, please refrain from talking loudly after 9:00 pm, as this may cause inconvenience to nearby residents.
Do you have sauna poncho rentals?
Our villa offers free sauna poncho rentals. By wearing a sauna poncho, you can prevent your body temperature from dropping significantly due to bathing in the outside air, so you can enjoy a more comfortable sauna time. There is a maximum of 5 items per night, but we will rent them out depending on the number of guests staying, so please enjoy them.
